I don't have it handy, but IIRC the one I use is Galaxy Universal Remote. There are a bunch of others. Any universal remote app should work.
Here in semi-rural PA nearly every TV in every public place is tuned to FOX. Fucking infuriating.
I can't speak to LG specifically, but I use my Galaxy to control all sorts of TVs & other things. Works on most brands w/some experimenting.
