That seems to be the issue. Cost of having to separate all types & then recycle is much more expensive than just producing the new plastics

A friend of mine is a baker and makes bread this way. It really is safe for Celiac. My father in law has it and was able to eat it.
We were in the same boat. Took a few offers but we finally got one and close next week. Hang in there it'll happen!
