5 seconds after talking about how he was at the wreckers to find replacement parts for an old holden
"Cars these days are just not reliable"
"You've used more oil in your car this year than my hyundai in 10 and how many breakdowns did you fix in the last month?"

Also it's probably mostly luck that a 50kph crash in that older car didn't leave you with significant broken bits. given how they generally work when impacting something comparable.

ran to the media lounge while his carrier was on fire?

'What's his first name?'

'He's Death,' said the sergeant. 'Death. That's his whole name. I mean . . . what do you mean? . . . You mean like . . . Keith Death?'
[...]
'I think he looks like a Leonard.'

Sergeant Colon remembered the voice. That was it. Just for a moment there . . . 'I must be getting old,' he said. 'For a moment there I thought he sounded like a Susan.'

Dead people due to incidents like the tenerife disaster where the Captain was in charge and overruled the junior co pilot causing a few hundred dead.

Also long haul flights will often have more than 3 depending on length.

Modern Democracy
Um. Modern as in time period or modern as in not using the worst in class electoral system, systematic disenfranchisement and shitty solutions top to bottom?

Wait why is he driving a W class tram?

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

What.... the fuck.

First. CRM has basically deleted the idea of co pilot and now the cockpit has 2 pilots. Seriously a lot of dead people because of that historical view.

Secondly: They don't need to change seats and both control the plane from where they sit. you train on both sides of the cockpit for that reason.
