This. I know several people who've made decisions like this in haste or for emotional reasons and have regretted it later on. Get someone to look it over and advise you who is completely detached from the emotion of it, but make sure they understand where your head is on it too.

Sort of - only some of the working time regs can be waived, and even then only within limits. Employer can't just work you 90hrs/wk forever.
