When we were small our parents would give us a sip of triple beer. And we seem to be fine. (I wouldn't do it on my own children except in desperation)
I don't know what sleep regression is. My kid was waking up daily from 4 to 5 during his first five years. I would always end up sleeping in his bed. I would just crawl in his bed, and I fell asleep immediately, he probably was awake but safely with me. I miss those times.
The odd thing is that the license isn't oldtimer, so it would technically need to comply with modern regulation or be a one-off build.
