They *made up* a chance -- the constitutionality of /Roe/ wasn't even an issue in /Dobbs/. Alito and his thugs crowbarred it in only because they could.
I put this on the windows in my living room. Now the birds that feed on my sill can't see my cat, but she can see them. Hilarity ensues.
