I'm sorry for your situation.I also got laid off, but I'm kinda relieved. I have been thinking about leaving, but the enshittification slope of my job was just shallow enough that nothing gave me the final push to do so.Now I get to leave and get 4 months pay for it. I have enough money to survive for at least a year, multiple connections who have said they can put a good word for me in the industry.
1.2 update brought a multiplier you can use to make your game take less or more time. OP is playing on 100x multiplier /gallery/phase-one-finished-v0Hu8R2
Thanks for reminding me. I wasn't thinking of staying awake this long, but since I'm here I probably should watch the stream.
So, you're saying there are a total of 50 firefighters in NZ?
As a developer, if someone wants a release on Friday, it's on them. I'm not going to lose my weekend because of someone's bad decision. I don't care if the trains don't run for a weekend.

You know.. we could just have a new one?
I don't have an engine powered bike. How does one lose control in a way that causes the bike to accelerate?
Everybody makes mistakes. BUT you could choose to not do some mistakes, because you can see the risks.
My current PSU does ~70 amps on 12V rail, and it's quite moderate. There are ones that go beyond 100 amps.
Wading through that leaves nasty cuts.
Kids use full face shielding metal cages. You can see them in the video when the kids are looking to a side
They're covered from head to toe. I guess if a kid would step on another with their full weight on a part that's covered only by a fabric, that could maybe leave a cut, but I don't seem any of them lifting their feet enough.
I do remember that my European school history book had a chapter "USA - The World Police" (and remember, here we usually think police are a force for good). While the CIA has done abhorrent things, my continent has seen the US as a force for good. But that is likely shifting. Maybe the future books have a chapter "From Cops to Robbers" or something.
To me those look like common black ants. They're chill and I've done something similar, although to a much less crowded area. I just read that they actually can bite, but I've never noticed.

Yea, can't remember how many years now
"Under the law of armed conflict, even an illegal war does not automatically make every military action that happens in it a war crime" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qFTPWaA5IpI&t=30sThe rest of the video goes into details into how and why this is the case.Of course this source is a youtube video. But I believe they are actual lawyers and I don't see how they would profit from sharing misinformation and losing credibility.
If I remember the legal eagle video correct, that's not the case. Reason being keeping the aggressor from thinking "Well, since every action is a war crime in any case, best make the most of it"
I really should get tested
In my experience the same goes in the other direction: No pedestrians on the cycleway. Friend of mine crouched to pick up something from the cycleway and as a thanks got a knee to the side of his face. Cyclist didn't bother stopping or looking back.
If you want to do this, remember to use the tool with the thinnest kerf possible, since you're using both sides of the cut.
I remember being mad at my mum for installing XP, as some DOS games didn't work
I think there might be a bit more to it
