Yes he did, lucky we all are trained for emergency response untill the paramedics arrive.. so we could remain calm and sorted. But I was the only one that knew he was born a female.. and sinds my mom had the same symptoms when she had a heart attack. I simply called the paramedics, a few minutes maybe 2, he fell to the floor and his heart stopped. We just handled accordingly and the paramedics toke over.. and we had cake two weeks later. He didn't, he was on a mandatory diet
And I can still call him one of the funniest and loveable colleagues I have.. so no im not transphobic, but I do believe that there should be a line.. So we must acknowledge that there are indeed differences between biological men and women, even if they identify as the other gender.
I have a colleague that eas born a female and goes through life as a male.. went through every hard step to come to that point in his life.. bold spot and beer belly to make it complete.. and I love that guy. But one day at the office he started to complain about pains in his back and feeling extremely fatigued with cold sweat. Knowing that he was a biological female i jumped up a called a ambulance and they could safe him from a imminent cardiac arrest..
But if I say things like that.. I will be called transphobic almost immediately.. and i do respect transpeople, I do believe their struggle is real, I do believe you can be born in the wrong body.. and that is something that should be accepted. But you can't and may never ignore biology.. symptoms for medical problems are not the same.. and they will adjust to the fact a trans woman decided to go through as life a the women she feels she is..
But that respect has to go both ways.. if a transpersoon wants respect they need to respect other people believes aswell.. For example: I believe that a biological male that identifies as a women is great.. do what you want to do, more power to you. BUT, they still need to accept that he/she was born a biological male and therefore can never compete in sports against biological females.. cause that would take away everything a woman has trained for and they deserve their respect too.
That.. and nothing more.. no days or months.. Just the respect they deserve according to there merit and actions.. just like everyone else..
