Owned a'90 JDM Accord myself. 2.2 injection, 150hp, great engine. Lowered 60mm front and 40mm rear so I had to bend down to reach the door handles. Turning radius of an aircraft carrier. Makes sense that they were offered with 4 wheel steering, wish mine had it XD

Yeah, I haven't read much in the last decade or so, even if I'm almost the same generation as the Pratchett fans, lots to carch up with... The early Rowling stuff is likely toned down a bit compared to the later because when you get rich and famous you don't care as much what people think about you. Yeah, I think I misunderstood what you meant about Tolkien. I guess I need to start reading Pratchett, as do everyone else who hasn't if I understand his fans correctly. As she was already an adult slightly evil cunt before she started writing I think she should be able to carry the blame for a world she created herself though. Especially considering how much more info and direct feedback she had available that Tolkien didn't. (he was also famously not a fan of Nazis)
Hell, while she could write decent childrens books, she should never be mentioned in the same sentence as Tolkien (unless we're talking about what things she borrowed from his writing) Her world building is extremely 2 dimensional, and her attitude towards any sort of criticism shows she was always a bit of a cunt deep inside, even before she went full looney and started hanging with literal Nazis to justify her hatred towards people she doesn't understand. (not to mention her pdf-file support)
While 7 bucks is the kind of money you pay an 8yo to clean his room, $7.29 is almost enough to buy a happy meal over here. How large are those pretzels?
I think the average here is about 9500 miles or 15000kms a year, but I usually drive a bit less. The Civic was bought for my son to learn how to drive so the next couple of years I guess the Civic will be driven maybe 3-5k miles on top of the 7 or 8k miles I drive the Polestar. (here you can start practicing at 16 but not get a license and drive alone until 18)
4 dollars a gallon is what it was here in Norway around the year 2000... Current price is roughly 9.88 pr gallon... (but I daily an EV and have an old Civic that does around 27mpg)

Normally when you encounter evil people in real life they manage to lok so much liek normal people, so I kinda appreciate that Stephen here actualy manages to look almost as evil as he is.
