It's funny but one of my favorite memories is running around at night in Day Z (original mod). It's just bright enough to see, very peaceful and generally safe.
I'm leaning towards impossible. A full moon is so bright that to have any moon details, everything else would be obscured. Also, the shoes are lit from the left side, so there is another light source present.
