Something about that smacks of not being legal. Not even *remotely* legal. That while someone is legitimately pursuing citizenship they should enjoy the protection of the constitution they are seeking to swear to. There's just *something* about doing this that doesn't smell right, and it's not just the inhumanity. There's something not above the board with this. Asking the rhetorical question, begets the direct answer which they have been frothing at the mouth and waiting to say: They want the still immigrants to get out of the country, and go back "home" to the country they didn't want to be in.
Even if they were successful and became citizens, the answer would still remain the same, regardless of race, gender, and creed; the ecstacy derived by cruelty is a high that they'll burn people's lives into the ground over, and be fine with the results.
