Their egotism and riches have insulated them from this world as it presently is - with its pretty manners, and its laws from which they can pick and choose what to obey - but nothing can save them from the one that is being born.
They’re too blinkered from social media and screens. They don’t understand what’s going on. A few of them do - mostly the neurodivergent. Fortunately there are a lot of them, and not all of them are rich idiots, like Elongated Muskrat.

Depends on the person, and depends on the age. I hit menopause and can’t eat any grains and precious little sugars and carbs any more. I started eating like my pre-grain cultivation ancestors, and my health shot way up. Much of the inflammation in my body went away, my hormonal production increased, and my mental health improved greatly as well. It really depends on the person. All these “rules” around what constitutes a healthy diet are bullshit. Everyone is different.
Ah, I see. That kind of sucks but I’m in a similar situation. I’ve cut ties and moved on too. I’m very loyal and protective, so it would have been nice to have a family, but it wasn’t in the cards I guess. I have AuDHD so it would have been really tricky for me. No regrets. I have a lot of freedom!
And hasn’t taken his medication for a while.
