No it was not. This ruling said that the law prohibiting conversion therapy for minors was actually blocking speech. While therapy is not defined as just "talk", do you not believe that taking a child and forcibly confining them in a room while hours are spent telling them they are wrong for their existence etc is torture? This is not all that happens under the broad flag of conversion therapy, but it alone is torture.This was never about banning speech. This was about torturing kids.
Yep. Colorado formally banned them. Like many things, illegal only matters if you can get someone to prosecute them for it. A ban prevents the "camp" from operating in the first place. Without the ban you have to get someone to enforce and then somehow get evidence of torture etc from a place that you had no control or power in.
Don't need to stack the court, or any other cheating. Just enforce anti-corruption. None of this "it was a gift" garbage. If something of value was passed from one team to the other team, that's corruption. Sucks as a Judge that you have to be careful what presents you and your family can accept, but that's just how the job works. Every single instance of corruption needs to result in asset freezes and seizures. Every single one needs to be treated as the criminal behavior it is.That is a start

Did the judge receive anything from someone involved even tangentially with a case they were involved in? Freeze and seize. No more money for that judge.

According to my physio person, shoulder muscle pains come primarily from immobilized muscles. Careful controlled stretching removes a lot of the pain, but it must be maintained. I guess those muscles must have lumpiness like scar tissue, cuz if I stop stretching they catch in the same places.
