Worked at a metal shop for a couple weeks a few year ago, and the head worker was doing copper paneling for a house in Vancouver. A Guillotine is the ideal equipment in this case. And then some Piranha solution to dispose of the body. Or better yet, just skip the guillotine
I just reinstalled and the newest version seems to be working, but has a problem loading large pictures. Hopefully I can go back to the old version I had

They've started doing that out here in Vancouver, BC. If the "unit" is unused, even if it's just a legal basement suite in an otherwise occupied house, they tax you extra. Fully empty houses/condos get taken over by the city after a period of time, and sold off at less than market value to help reduce the housing shortage. I can't remember if they moved to that plan for the whole province, but I did have a landlord in Surrey that was freaking out about his second house.
