Not Trump and Newsom, the person saying they aren't zionists.
They are antisemites exploiting the atrocities of isreal and the zionists to stoke hate against the jewish people as a whole.
No, they aren't. There are a hell of a lot of white christian nationalists that prove the lie there.
*Police have been caught, not taught. Though, they kind of have culturally.
Yep. Slave owners did it in the antebellum USA. ICE has been caught doing it. Police have been taught doing it. Any culture of supremacy and dehumanization leads to unforgivable and unconscionable abuses like these.
Isreal isn't Orthodox Jews. There have been many protests in Isreal about Palestine, including by orthodox. Zionists are monsters, but not all ororthodox jews are zionists.
This isn't specific to them. It's the end result of any in-group focused ideology combined with a cultural sense of superiority. Women are viewed as subhuman in many many cultures. Women in texas couldn't charge their husband for sexual assault until 1994 unless there was evidence of violence and an attempt to protect themselves. Brock Turner's dad defended him, saying that it was just finger stuff.Superior/Chosen group + time = monsters.Any nation.Any race.Any religion.
Proverbs 6:16-19"There are six things that the Lord hates, seven that are an abomination to him: haughty eyes, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood a heart that devises wicked plans, feet that hurry to run to evil, a lying witness who testifies falsely, and one who sows discord in a family."I am not saying God hates Trump as a person, but the Bible does say God hates everything about him.
That's the cognitive dissonance. I have heard the same person in the same conversation say both that capitalism works because people are inherently selfish and that businesses wouldn't do bad things for money bc we've advanced and learned. The culture here worships the invisible hand as a benevolent diety. It is fucking idiotic.
Comply? As a pirate? That is an insult to her art and dedication to the character.

I have been madly in love with DCC this year. It is definitely the cathartic vibe of the times.

Most of what we consider "culture" is just the classist traditionalists holding over and glorifying pop culture of yesteryear. Shakespeare is a great example. Quoting him makes people look "cultured," but his plays are filled with cross dressing and dick jokes. Culture is just a shared means of communication and experience amongst a group based on a similar history.People are people. It's not that anyone is any more cultured than another. It's that the vast majority anywhere only consume.

See, this is yet further proof that capitalism has fucked us. If it didn't cost $100 to lick someone's boots, more people could afford it and not be forced into voting right wing to taste polished leather.
This. It's why learning and singing songs in a foreign language helps a ton with picking up the accent and cleaning up the diction. We process music and singing differently than speaking.

#9 I did something similar one of the first dining out in the early post covid. Not the clever trick bit, but the handful of ketchup. I got so used to the giant bottles of hand sanitizer next to the cashier at the gas station and grocery that I just stepped to the side after paying and auto pumped. Massive handful of ketchup in public and in front of the cashier.
That is one data point, and I used the national average. Whether or not they include subsidized housing in their calculations, I do not know.

A bit under 800k unhoused people in the USA as of 2024 (1).Avg price for a studio apt with utilities is ~1250/month or 15k a year (2).That is 12B a year. Let's be generous and 4x that for overhead to 48B.That would only equate to a ~10% tax on billionaires (3). They just 10% increase on their taxes.
