Pretty sure GM shut them down to create a demand for American trucks here. Everybody seems to have Dodge ram or Silverado now. Which is somewhat cool but car spaces here aren't really designed for cars that big and seems wildly impractical in any developed area
I've got a pretty much stock VY SS Ute which goes hard, but during his midlife crisis my old man had the one tonner version (tray back) with bulk mods and a custom short tray, was absolutely no way to maintain traction and it was the best problem you could ever ask for
