Oh My! *Such* security!! So any idiot (normal user) who doesn't know what a location service is will leak locations any time. And what makes you think using a VPN would help? The app is recording a GPS location and sending it to the server where it is made public. But at least the data was secure in transit!

On the first PCs we got at work, I renamed a co-worker's hard drive to 'overheating', so whenever DOS booted it reported "Hard drive is overheating". OK. Yeah, I'm old.

I just stopped in to see how quickly someone had posted "and a-one and a-two".
No, that is *not* how brains work. Humans rationalize, and reject all 'data' that doesn't match their pre-conceptions. They'll accept any argument that confirms that, and when one 'reason' is disproved they'll latch onto the next one offered. People *can* learn critical thinking and question what they are told, but most never get that far.
No touchy the fishy
Looks like the inside of a cement kiln. The chains break up the slurry as it dries. The kiln rotates constantly so the chains are always moving. The clumps of dried slurry slowly roll down the long kiln towards the fire at the other end. All the water is driven off producing red-hot klinker. The klinker is ground in a ball mill producing cement -- the gray powder you mix with sand and gravel to make cement.
More often all we get is "it made a noise".
