Early on, Walt only lied to Skyler because he didn't want to upset her, so it was partly selfish but there was still legitimate and sincere concern for skylar. Skylar on the other hand desperately wanted to hurt walt's feelings as badly as possible so she not only cheated on walt, she rubbed his nose in it -- that's where she crosses the line from bitch to cunt.
