You're right. It's the casual game mode variant, and people coordinate completely random things that would never fly in competitive.
Not all that amazing considering it's more than likely not a competitive match. People play casual to mess around all the time.
It's not. Unless its warmup. You can see both sides using their mics. In actual rounds of comp you can't hear opposing voice comms.
There is usually an override for managers. Not that the owners would be entirely happy about the tip being left electronically.

They aren't. You have to rebuild it from scratch.
