Dolly and people like her are stepping into the gap left by the failure of government. Ideally there should be no need for this because there are no billionaires because the government has taxed them appropriately and spent the money on children's hospitals.
But apparently the whole world likes being mad at immigrants and people with different skin tones or gods more than that.

The gap is not how smart you are, it's how good a communicator you are. People don't do the work to get where you're coming from, you have to bring them there.

This pedantry is missing the forest for the trees as it were: whatever the park fired them for, other employees do exactly the same thing without consequences and are even seemingly supported in doing so, and have been for decades. The only meaningful difference here is that it was a trans pride flag. Those two facts tell us what we need to know: the park discriminated against this employee for supporting trans people. Getting deep in the weeds about what rule they used exactly is distraction.

Doing things other people aren’t expecting or that disrupt other people is the fastest way to a collision.

Waiting for 5 seconds is just as likely to cause someone to drive full speed into you from behind because they’re looking at the green.
