Finally took the plunge and signed up. Let's see how well this goes...
The only thing keeping Netanyahu's trial (and his eventual trip to jail) from proceeding is his insistence that it cannot proceed while under a national security threat, i.e. Israel will continue to be at war with someone (Gaza, Iran, Lebanon, et. al.) for the foreseeable future.

The only reason he ran in '24 is to end all the investigations/etc. going on. He knew from the first admin he could make money so that's all he's worried about right now. He's probably been told that given the right laws (the framework that Miller et.al. will use to try and retain power) will keep him out of jail and making money, so he'll do whatever he's told.

There was definitely a couple episodes where Picard had been so stressed that Troi was practically like "Wow, we need to get you laid".
To be fair, there was a reporter mentioned by name in one of Epstein's emails because he was worried about what she might find if she were to continue snooping around. I think it's safe to say she doesn't need to clear her name.
