Italian McDonald's are probably among the best you can find. Almost all ingredients are locally sourced - from meat to salads and tomatoes, real Parmigiano Reggiano, EVO oil etc - and there are occasonally recipes created by renowned chefs. It's as much good nutritionally as possible for a fast food.
