A lot of parenting and workplace communication courses mostly teach people how to listen. The next most important thing is to clearly repeat back what you heard or understood them say, that way if you misheard or misunderstood they can correct you. After that it's a lot of manipulation techniques, and that's where they lose me. It feels really dirty to talk about other people as problems to your life and how to navigate them with pandering.

ACAB. This ruling justifies the woman being pulled over, but his initial suspicion and search of records before even pulling her over was not imho(not a lawyer though). However once he had her pulled over he prolonged the stop for a search, which again he had no reasonable basis for suspicion. She fucked up by allowing a dog to sniff her car though. She was transporting 55lbs of marijuana in a suitcase, possibly from Mexico, so yeah a drug trafficker. Still, he profiled and abused his position.
