Probably not no, but the moulds they come out of may be, and the equipment used to make or print on them may be.

Absoslute legend keeping it in a straight line. I'm amazed there aren't ways to keep a truck from hitting 90mph that don't involve the brakes, like engine braking etc... but then I suppose when there's 40 tonnes pushing you along there's only so much physics can do.

I think it's only America that has a problem with people backing in, although I could be wrong. Certainly in Europe it's very common to back in as it's easier to get out for many reasons. Of course if you need to load stuff in the back then backing in would be very stupid...

The Dorset Naga (UK) was for a while the hottest pepper in the world and that was also bred by a white couple on the South Coast of England. The myth about plain food seems to stem from wartime rationing, rather than history - most of Europe went on global conquest purely to find and procure spices, after all.

Did the US lead though, or were they simply the loudest?

There is no English Royal family, that ended after Elizabeth I in 1603.

You can DIY a macro lens by using a telephoto lens fully zoomed in and holding (hand or clamp, both work) a prime lens backwards on the end of it, I used a 50mm prime and the results can be incredible

In reality her hands look like this so we can buy £5 keyboards on Temu, which is worse.

In fairness to him (and me, which makes me feel old) the word has changed meaning. It used to mean simply that you believe Israel has a right to exist and shouldn't be wiped clean of the Jewish population. Now it seems to imply that Israel should be wiped clean FOR the Jewish population, which is something else entirely.

Are insurance payouts taxable?

The phrase "from the river to the sea" is often used to mean removal of Israeli Jews from the entire area which would be just as wrong as removing (or abusing) all of the Arabs from the area. I don't think it's being used this way in this post (not with the genocidal implications anyway) but it is the first thing anyone will use to discredit the rest of the (excellently presented) information. Just a heads up more than anything else.

They do that as well, they just hate everyone else for it.

Religious homophobes believe that being gay is a choice because they are gay and make the choice not to act on it, and assume everyone is the same as them.

Sounds like you're getting European eggs, this is how they should all be. Although damn that's cheap no matter where you are.

As a white Brit with a similar I've only experienced this sort of thing twice - and from the sidelines as it wasn't aimed at me - and it definitely sticks with you. Once at an England football match against Italy where the Italian crowd were chanting and making monkey gestures at players and again against Bulgaria when literal Nazis stormed the ground and started chanting and saluting. Fuck those people, fuck all of those people.

I get that but this administration will eventually end whereas Artemis' achievements will be on the record for our entire lives.

Really, they gouge prices in the UK which is how I can buy a packet of 16 Aspirin for 30p? And all my prescriptions cost £9 regardless of what they are - literally any drug whatsoever is £9. If the companies were causing the prices the NHS would not work - it is US private healthcare at fault for gouging the vulnerable.

It's the insurance companies and healthcare providers that need to cut the prices, not the pharmaceutical industry - they sell their products everywhere else in the world just fine.

And the French revolution wouldn't have happened without the crippling debt France got in to to pay for the American Revolution, and luckily did happen despite America refusing to return the favour and help the French. Tell the whole story!

I understand that, I am merely asking you why it is that the Berbers enslaving white people does not prevent their ancestors from being rightly upset about slavery, but all white people are considered guilty (even the Irish peasants!?) and having profited from the African slave trade and not allowed to mention their own ancestors' history. If truth makes you uncomfortable and unable to answer, that's fine, but don't push it on me because I have not denied or refused anything you are saying.

I'm not sure how much you know about Irish and British history but the peasants weren't exactly known for inheriting much of the money from the wealthy slave owners, who by the way were mostly overseas as slaves were never legal in the UK. Why do slave owners in the US erase the history of enslavement in the UK but slave owners in Africa not erase the history of enslavement in Africa? It's all bad, no?

Er, Europeans - mostly from the med but commonly from the South Coast of England and Ireland as well *were* kidnapped and enslaved by another race for a lot more than 400 years. Sadly instead of fighting the trade we engaged in it and massively expanded it, but we certainly didn't invent it nor were we untouched by it. As a white English/Irish working class, my ancestors are far more likely to have been enslaved than to have ever owned one.

And for even more flavour, my family in England (and a lot of families in England) moved there... from Ireland in the 1800s, only to have Americans accuse them of perpetrating the suffering that made them leave in the first place, because they went to England rather than America. Boggles the mind.

Sorry wasn't criticising you at all. Just adding a tidbit to your conversation that perhaps some Americans aren't aware of. The Troubles weren't only in Ireland, and the innocent victims weren't only Irish - unfortunately no matter how just the cause may be, some people just want an excuse to kill groups of people they hate, which seems even more relevant today than back then.

My school was closed several times in the 90s/2000s because the IRA had phoned in a bomb threat, or someone claiming to be the IRA. The ends don't justify the means, I'm all for a free Ireland (free to choose to be British, Irish or both) but killing random civilians isn't okay. And yes that obviously goes for the loyalists as well, who were also keen on these methods. The people who grew up there should choose which country they are a part of, if any, and that's the end of it.

Excellent speech, although Coroticus was a Roman leader not British, the British having already been subjugated and enslaved by the Romans for several centuries. I suppose by that point the British were Roman so perhaps the term is interchangeable and he has a point.
