yeah, "oe" is pronounced "oo" in dutch.
think sort of "moo" like a cow but with a K at the end, but the m is the longer sound and the "oo" is short. dunno if it makes sense?
yeah once that's built up a bit more I'll make a post about it. it's all official sets for now, but I'm working towards making a custom one

yeah but the sound? isn't the sound on those awful? it's ok when sound was mono, but nowadays with 5.1 it would sound terrible (sound sound)
