i saw a video of two babies in a cot and one offers its thumb to the other to suck on. people are inherently kind, its our environment and upbringing changes us (with the exception of that outlier pyscho, which was great for hunting)

terry crews made a good point about exercising; first you make it a habit, and start by just being in the gym (even if you don't exercise!). similarly, maybe don't start with 10 000 steps but start with just being outside and build up from there
