I completely understand and respect that perspective but it's excellent at organization, even if it isn't great at much else yet. The hours it saves me make it well worth the money, dip or not.

Nurse here. Maltitol is a sugar alcohol that, like sorbitol, has a laxative effect. They're basically substituting the same thing.
