Left but not woke. Healthcare matters more than your pronouns. Gun control matters more than hairstyles. Sustainable energy matters more than hating the rich. If you disagree with any of that, you're not left, you're just easy to manipulate into being distracted from real problems that affect all of us. Ruinous empathy is a thing that exists. Try to be aware of it. People who refuse to admit that both major political parties are only out for themselves and insist we just bury our heads in the sand and vote blue no matter who are the reason we have so many conservative Democrats. Stop voting for them. Write in Mickey Mouse if you have to, it would be a more useful vote.
