Okay, I guess I should actually put something here. I originally made this account just to host images with, but since then I've sort of been drawn in. I am a college student majoring in computer security, but really I'm a math major. It's... a long story. I like kayaking and canoeing and rock climbing, but especially the latter. Most taxation does not hurt the poor, the poor are generally the RECIPIENTS of taxes. Taxes pay for things that benefit the poor, such as food programs, work programs, vaccine programs, and other benefits. Of course this doesn't apply to some of the latest taxes levied by trump, such as the tariffs, but things like income tax are highly beneficial to the poor. It is the RICH who are hurt by taxes. That's generally why conservatives are upset about taxes, because they simp for the rich.
Poor people generally don't pay much in taxes, if anything at all. In fact, that's something people like you like to complain about.
