We had a guy come in with a completely fucked SCR system on his Titan. After some diag it turned out that someone had filled his DEF tank with diesel fuel. Cost him roughly $10 000 to fix it. His story was the last place he fueled up was Oregon, by an attendant, and the gas station conveniently deleted its security footage after 24 hours. Maybe he was just angling for a sympathy discount or didn't want to look stupid, but maybe not.
