Thanks for your comment I have depression, anxiety and insomnia pretty bad from my own stuff - my child has a autism diagnosis fairly recent and suffered abuse in a school setting - they've had a few attempts and I feel like the worse parent and at the same time have this ball of anger inside me that a place where you expect to keep your child safe failed them and worse that I didnt know.
Tbf it doesn't mean NO to everything just chosing what you say yes tooI work full time, I go out, see family and friends but im just not wasting it on the negative x

Just try and look at the two great things you got in the relationship your kids. Be strong for them and treat yourself well

Basically i loved how they announced capaldi in a Q&A on BBC, I fell in love the moment he spoke of how as a boy
