Yes, it is a video game. There's a post on here somewhere that shows how a suppressor works. Oil filters can diffuse the sound the same.
Actually, it's super easy to make suppressors. Using oil filters is probably the best one you could use for cheap price.

like inverting scrolling so it's like any other OS. After using so many, you get use to all differences. It's all work anyway, buys beer 3/3
We have to use OS X to convert he C++ we use on Linux/Windows to get the program working on Mac. A USB keyboard and mouse and some tweaks2/3
We have multiple Mac Pros and misc other computers for Linux and Windows. Personal pref I have is Linux, boss is more Windows orientated.1/2
