as i recall this guy is an old yard worker/train crew and did all the stunts him self because it was safer than training a stunt actor to work around trains. its been a while since ive hear the history of this training video so i might have the details a bit wrong

dont stop there. it is mostly water weight and will come back quickly but the slower weight loss to come will stay off good work and keep going

i learned to open from the flower end if you do it right you rip off the extra bits with the peel, it is also easier to split the skin there if its a bit too green

actually its kinda neat you can see its compression is optimized for users to have their attention on the top half of the screen and assumes all motion will be there and minimal movement near the bottom i.e. someone standing in front of the camera. not with lots of texture and color changes at the bottom of the screen in theses videos
fyi I HATE shorts/ticktok/vine format

oh my god the video compression is horrendous on shorts

at minimum lack of lateral support, a lot of the strength comes from the sheeting holding all the framing in place. but it looks like there was also not enough vertical support given the bowing of the visible studs, one or more studs probably failed on the right side.

#3 learn to use your power settings like seriously its not that hard. you can even program a whole cooking profile like power 10 for 45s power 6 for 1 min power 3 for 2min it also stops foods that like to splatter your microwave. some microwaves will even let you save the profile to a key on the number pad for quick use
