Got into a friendly argument with a dev manager about bugs... and he said "it's your fault we have so many bugs" and I said "MY FAULT?! My mom had a mechanical typewriter, so I had used it before I got to high school. The IBM Selectrics we had were like spaceships in comparison. Then I got to program BASIC on a Radio Shack TRS-80 Model III. I was home.

I have a heat gun I got from there, still kicking after 15 years. I use it on occasion, very handy to have around. I am still also using the Craftsman tool set I bought in the mid-90s. Lifetime warranty. I've had to replace that damn 1/4" ratchet 3 times, the orig design was crap. Just got a new one last year at Lowes.

FYI, most of the commercial grade tools are all made in China, for those wondering. Obviously, some are higher quality than others. I had a Harbor Freight angle grinder that served me well when building my motorcycle, but it died after 5 years. pro tip: if you use cutoff wheels and flap wheels often, just get 2 grinders, one for each. Huge time saver.
