I work B2B with an American company and I get 7 sick days, 24 days of PTO - but the the way you accrue them shocked me after a year. I thought come end of year I'll just get 24 days again, but no, I got 2, and they add 2 for each month, means you can't take two weeks off till at least June/July, it's idiotic... And you need to use them till April next year so you can't stack them too. If the market didn't suck so much rn I'd quit... the USD is in the gutter too...

That's what I think about all ancient art too, about cave paintings too. We've always felt like this about our art, some shitty doodle that makes us smile. It's always funny when archaeologists draw these grand conclusions about some doodles people made to fulfil a need to be creative and draw some load of bollocks.
Actually no the sphere was for the hilt but I cut off two sides of it so it was like a gladius, and the pommel was from a wooden potato masher.
I made mine out of an extra spruce bed slat, a sphere for the pommel my mom cut off of the bottom of a table, twine, and lots of scabs on my hands. I was like 12 (and also deeply dysphoric and depressed and not telling anyone cause I'm a dumbass). I have it to this very day. But that was like 24 years before hrt (how tf am I still alive ;3 ) so you might have to wait a while ig.
