Many outside the US live modest comfortable lives doing reasonable labor... they might actually have communities that fairly share the burdens of society and fruits of labor... if ceramics is just their hobby likely isn't pressured to be monetized and profiteered like it would be in our star spangled late stage capitalistic oligarchy

People can step between them but too big for vehicles to clear. Follow the rock trucks with manure tankers or the vacuum trucks than empty port-a-potties

Have dump trucks "accidentally" lose their loads of big rocks all in that spot. Much harder to gather than some dead cars. Together strong, use big rock.
Drop paint on their windshields so their cars are easy to spot
