Had to sand down first attempt bc I didn't allow to cure well enough between layers. This time I'm only doing one initial layer this month (which consisted of 5 applications/soakings over 7-8 hours). Have I wiped off enough for this coat to cure properly?

Sorting out existing electrical work in my house before I update it. Looking to add dimmable LED lighting to all rooms, hook up disposal to a switch, and replace 2-prong receptacles with 3-prong, and adjust/balance anything done poorly prior.
