But of the few books I have read, I did manage to finish the Dark Tower series by Stephen King.
I thoroughly enjoyed it, found them captivating and easy to read.

Aircraft engineer here, our higher ups once approved a ‘one-flight-only’ temporary repair to birdstrike damage on a wing, consisting of sheet aluminium contoured to the wing aerofoil and about £1000 worth of speed tape. Worked a treat and aircraft got home safely.
