This is a HALLMARK of Histamine Intolerance! Up to 80% of people with ADHD have Histamine Intolerance! I take a DAO enzyme pill multiple times throughout the day now, which has eliminated that lifelong problem!

Possibly relevant: I had these my whole life. Eye doc said it was normal. Turned out to be a rice allergy. No rice, no floaters. FYI, FWIW.
