The UH-60 is correct, source: Just passed my final evaluation flight Friday night.
46 is bullshit, you use off center scanning at night to compensate for the night blindspot due to a lack of rods on the fovea centralis.
Avocados should be added to the "In Moderation" list with the caveat being to only feed them the flesh of the fruit, not the skin or pit.
