You guess where it is. Theres already a tool normallycalled a drill guide that does what this is trying to do but with much better accuracy.

As an actual woodworker, this thing is a gimmick, it wouldnt be much help because it doesnt really level your drill bit, just helps 1/2

not fill the entire area in. hard to say what setting to use from here but id say 100-120amps on the cold side. do some test beads!goodluck

there and that could be a structural issue, when youre welding melt the two sides of the joint and only use the filler to fill the gap, 2/3?

Welder here, make sure youre using the right polarity, and for aluminium your tungsten should be balled. I see way too much filler in 1/2
