So does jogging.
When our house is on fire maybe we should consider rushing a bit.

Going after an intruder can get you hurt or worse.
You're not John Wick. Someone is stronger, faster, and better with a weapon than you, and they might have friends. Or they can just get lucky.

Why take that risk if you don't need to?

7 hours ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

If the intruder was stronger or hyped up on drugs he could have withstood a shovel hit. Or he could have been more aware and competent in a fight. They could have even had a gun. The homeowner was lucky.

Even if the intruder is wrong being Captain Hero can get you hurt or worse. That's why you don't escalate when you don't have too.
There are people trained to remove intruders.

Imagine saying that from Russia or North Korea.
Politely asking your oppressors to take their boot off your neck doesn't work too often. Otherwise WW2 would have been fought with polite letters.

Throwing bandages on someone who's actively being mauled won't save them. The people dealing the damage need to be dealt with before healing can start.

Gogo is a 17 year old unstable serial killer
I think she guts a drunk dude for flirting with her. That's the closest thing to her being s*xualized that I can remember. They let you know she's a monster so you don't feel bad when she dies.

If people manage to find a fetish out of that it's on them.

This cosplayer is just bobbing back and forth on skates spinning a weapon. What about that makes you sexually uncomfortable?
If an actual schoolgirl wore skates and did this would you feel that way?

She specifically said it did more than make gaming portable.
What else did the Gameboy do well? Am I missing something?

The PSP could download videos, pictures, run emulators, and access the internet. It did those things pretty well, all while flip phones were still common.

I get that making fun of politicians is easy internet points but a game boy doesn't compare to a PSP. It was almost a smart phone before it's time.

She's completely correct here as far as I can see.

The PSP did more than play games.
You could download videos, music, and pictures on it too. It could also access the internet and be used to run emulators. The Nintendo DS couldn't do any of that and I had a small flip phone at the time. So it was actually really nice. Almost like a glimpse into what phones would be.

Am I missing something?

Do you think it's just as simple for Russia, China, or North Korea?
Because that's closer to what we're looking at here.

There's no easy way to get rid of the guy or it would have been done already. His MAGA followers are a small percentage of the population and he's historically unpopular. But our system isn't built to hold people accountable and he has access to the most bloated military the world has every known.

No past American President is going to have that conversation with him in the first place. It's pretty well known that he can't keep a secret. On top of that he's insulted every one of them at some point.

If he could use a real name to justify his actions he would have. He doesn't care about anyone's career but his own.

This is the most obvious lie. Please don't fall for the "my girlfriend goes to a different school" defense.

Take a bite of mud and tell me what color your teeth and tongue end up. The results might shock you.

Bombing school children is bad, even if it's an accident. Things like this tend to happen in war which is why it should be avoided.

Congress hasn't approved anything, and no one's asked for it. It's an obvious distraction.

Cool. Feel free to measure the temperature in those pictures and let us know how accurate they are.

That's like saying don't call someone an ass because people aren't donkeys.

Typically, when I call a person a monster or a demon, I'm not implying that they're a literal boogeyman with horns and fangs. I don't think most other people are implying that either.

It's just an easily understandable way of calling someone horrible or beyond redemption. It has more bite than saying, "Our government is run by evil men."

When people vote on something, there's usually more than one choice.
In this case, that means not everyone voted for him, and some people even voted against him. So there are Americans who don't support his actions and are willing to call him out.

I don't get what point you're trying to make, but that's why people complain. No group of people is a monolith.

If the only reason you avoid doing something is to upset certain people then you're still letting them control you. The Epstein files and the kinds of people in it will exist regardless of how much anyone shaves.

The guy wasn't wrong for having a preference even if I disagree. The problems was pushing it on everyone and being an arrogant dick about it.

At this point they don't really care if you have all that stuff. If you're not white passing or if you have an accent you might as well be illegal.

So he'd probably be fine in that sense.

It doesn't advertise itself as anything other than a place for people to post images and comment about them.

Clearly people are interested enough to view and comment on these things. Nothing wildly immoral is going on either. But you think those people should go somewhere else so you can be comfortable.

The same way you want people to go elsewhere for politics you can go elsewhere for whatever makes you happy.

I get the sentiment.
But armed thugs killing people in the streets are a bit of an issue as well. It's not exactly something that can be ignored.

If little Donny got suspended and tried to hide it by lighting the house on fire and kicking grandma down the stairs then we still have to address everything.
You don't just ignore the flames and say they're a distraction, right?

This comment has the energy of a child making a snide remark while the adults are talking.

What do you even mean?
Nobody has ever said nazis aren't welcome?
Or that it's intolerant to hate them?

Both things have absolutely been said. So I have no idea why you're complaining. But you decided not to go into any detail that would help prove a point.

Just "Nuh uh not true." How insightful.

The person in the second panel is a representation of an American Nazi white supremecist. Hence the swastika on the shirt.
Do you know what people like that believe in?

It's not a little disagreement. They will do whatever it takes to make the world a worse place for people they consider beneath them. Including putting them in camps and outright murdering them in the streets.

How can you defend nazis as if everyone doesn't know their intentions? It's disgusting.

Things have been getting incremently worse since the moment Trump took office.
He would have threatened Greenland either way because he was hurt by the nobel peace prize thing. He already threatened Canada beforehand.
ICE isn't shooting people because of the Epstein files.

They want to do as many horrible things as they can get away with. It's actually starting to backfire because it's getting difficult to ignore or excuse it all.

They picked the muffin bag up and took a 12 second video. They're not rewarding the behavior or anything.

Who cares anyway? They weren't asking for anyones input. It's just a funny little video of a cat clinging to a bag.

Let people enjoy themselves for a moment.
I swear there's an armchair vet complaining about every single video with an animal in it. Sometimes it's valid but more often than not it's just annoying.

People are being kidnapped and protesters are being attacked and even killed.
They'll be losing their right to vote too.

ICE will make sure to intimidate and arrest more people by November. They'll probably be stationed around voting areas.
They're using every method they have to make voting difficult.

Elections aren't going to be fair if we have them at all.

They still took her and no one will be held accountable. People need to actually be punished for this stuff or they'll keep doing it.

It's cruel to take a child this way even if they're returned later. That's not something we should shrug off or cheer for.

Most Americans don't pay attention to politics until they're having trouble and even then they rarely know how things actually work.
We're constantly given conflicting information or told lies by every form of media. Plenty of people will only choose to listen to their echo chamber of choice.

Then you have MAGA who will support anything that hurts people they deem inferior.

When enough people are struggling they'll notice. Too much damage has already been done though.

That's the difference between seeing DnD as a game or a story. Neither is right or wrong.

I enjoy the acting parts and seeing the progression of the different characters. When they die due to random bad rolls it's like all that development was meaningless.
I typically try to avoid outright fudging the numbers but sometimes it's what's best for the story.

It does ruin it if you tell the players though.

I had access to the internet freely.
I had good grades, my room was clean, and I had plenty of friends growing up.
Most people I know have been that way as well.

You don't have to be an uptight tyrant to raise a kid.
Just pay attention to what they're doing and make sure you instill actual morals.

Keep things clean because it's healthy and makes it easier to find things later.
Work hard so you can grow and be better than yesterday.
Make them want to be good instead of forcing them into it.

Kids have been watching TV together for decades. Saturday morning cartoons and all that stuff.

Having an understanding of pop culture helps people bond. Some media can be a source of good morals as well. It can help imaginations develop or introduce things you can't easily find by just going outside.

Knowing how to use the internet is pretty important nowadays. Computers and tablet like devices are used at a lot of jobs and even in schools.

Learn to balance things instead of overreacting.

They're actively snatching people off the streets and attacking protestors.
If we do nothing do you think they'll stop?

Letting them take our freedom of speech is one of the most cowardly self defeating things we can do right now. This is when we need to get together and make sure America remains a free country.

It should be common sense but they want us to be scared of them. Then people like you will let them get away with more and more until it's too late to turn back.

The people that worship guns are mostly Trump supporters. They probably make up most of ICE and they love this stuff.
If Democrats fight back they'll have to deal with those people too. I'm sure MAGA will claim they're defending the nation from "Democrat Tyranny".
