Hard time with segregation, huh?

Maybe not because that means things have gone horribly off the rails.

That ain’t petty. I remember a lady at one of my past jobs sending a mugshot of a lady she didn’t like through email to people. I can’t remember if she got fired, but that was boldly petty knowing she could be assigned to the other lady’s area.

I’d rather folks not shoot at people for no logical reason at all, but I guess if we don’t have more than two choices, that’s the sensible one. Which is how we got here.

When one of the worst people in the room makes the most sense, it’s getting bad.

My conspiracy theory is that this is a way to get a few people more money before inflation lowers due to this causing a depression. I can literally think of nothing else making sense given the consequences anyone could guess just thinking about this for 2 seconds.

As someone put it: we’re hoping to shoot a 50k drone with a million dollar missile.

You mean the industry that people have to beg folks with money to get a movie made isn’t progressive?

It’s like an alien record company tried to copy Parliament Funkadelic so it could sale music to a galaxy that didn’t like humans.

If you’re not a tutor/teacher, how can you articulately agitate for change if you’re not willing to tell why you’re agitating in the first place? Even with telling what/why teaches someone to be mad for a reason. So why not share the reason?

As a POC, what’s new? This has been America since the beginning. No, the real question no drills down to is why we’ve been really hitting hard on immigration in the last 20 years only focusing on the migrants instead of the system feeding off of them? Most of these folks aren’t terrorists or drug runners, but somehow worksites get raided without company ownerships being hit with hard fines or jail time. Why is that?

What fascism is basically more directly securing resources and labor to keep feed the market at the expense of workers’ freedom and wellbeing. The fault on the Dem’s side is that they largely default more towards what’s good for the market than regular people while the GOP/MAGA default to pure capitalism, so we especially now don’t get the pendulum to truly swing in favor of the working class deeply because the Dems hit a limit in favor of keep industrial leaders happy fairly quickly.

I’ll give it a shot.
At the core of both parties is they are capitalist: private ownership of large-scale production; not to be confused with personal property like your car, house, etc. That ownership is create products that secure money instead of like you and I using money to secure products that we need just to live, which is a market.
The Dems got to a point that they think the market can solve all problems while the GOP believes in more control that feeds the market.

Part of the aim of socialism is to educate the public because if the movement can’t be explained, it’s hard to organize.

It’s taking food production out of the hands of workers to a point. Imagine having a mutual garden where you get healthy food while not being as dependent on food production. Don’t have to work to not starve as well as eliminating a market. Heck, even think of how much produce is grown in other countries versus what’s native to the US. It’s by design and it’s killing us.
